I've not done very much work the last few days because of the st.mike's day national holiday but i'm going to leap back onto the metaphorical horse. i've also been slacking off on this blog a bit but it's ok because i'll make up for it. i ordered a bunch of canvases last week in cm instead of inches and they were tiny and then i did the opposite for the next lot and they are the hugest things i've ever seen. instead of being annoyed, i laughed at my own inability to figure out measurements and i'm just going to expand and shrink my scale and brush work. fighting adversity is daft, instead i'm asking it in for a cup of tea and giving a little cuddle.
the new cubes came out and are lovely. been undercoating loads of canvasses in preparation to paint my ass off. made a music video for folk impresario jim dahl. and i've been doing new cubes and dust piggies which i'm scanning in in between typing this.
