This place is so picturesque sometimes that it's unbelievable. shame about the houses and stuff. I ate junk food to give myself a layer of fat like a duck and then bought a cheap towel in a supermarket and went for a swim in the river. i only got half way up the tops of my legs but couldn't make that final waist plunge because the water was literally just thawed before i skimpled into it in my underwear and t-shirt (i couldn't buy swimshorts in aforementioned supermarket because it was speedos or nothing and frankly i don't want a part of that).
