i've got a bit of beef in my teeth and i think i've got insane trying to floss and lick it out. to no avail. and then i sneezed and it came out.

i'm going to begin to explore different themes in my work. i've got bored and slowly let my imagination and interest drift out. I think i've over focused. like a kid in an inflatable boat at the beach. except the lifeguards or whatever have decided to let them get swept into the ocean for a while. yeah. except i've let the boat sink. yeah. so anyway. my point is that i'm moving in a new direction i guess. god i'm boring.

i am sleepy

there is something unsatisfactory about posting without an accompanying image. but there we go. maybe by the end of writing this i will have found something i want to post a picture of.

anyway. i've been painting more paintings of the fat pigeon. i'll post them a bit later after they have dried and i've varnished them. i'm very tired. accidentally bought too many canvases of the same size and shape. which is an annoyance. i really need to find some satisfaction in painting something that doesn't give me the high art low art complex. i really have a serious self appreciation deficiency at the moment to the point where i'm struggling to make any marks at all and instead i am just trying to paint through it. i want to take things back a step to where i feel comfortable to just paint without expectation from myself. Self analysis of work as it unfolds is not a healthy practise for me if i wish to be productive. so i'm trying to drop my scale back and try new things. try to get out of this un-satisfying funk. so it's time to paint for something. i guess.

one day fat pigeon was feeling a bit down.

he wonder what was going to happen as the people moved around him.

sometimes he would just look at all the shoes and try to imagine who owned them.

but then most of the time he just let the numbness wash over him.

once there was a fat pigeon and it was windy and he saw a lonely man looking at some chips that he couldn't eat.

i couldn't eat my chips and there was a fat pigeon looking sadly at me so a fed him a couple of chips.

then the fat pigeon started eating some chips that the man chucked to him.

and some guy in a hi-vis jacket told me not to feel the pigeons, so i stared at the ground until he walked off.

the fat pigeon ate the chips.

baconographic camera

baconography is a grey science area. some people claim it's not science and not a form of documentation. but those people are stupid.

baconography involves a "lens" made with a dome of foil inside a can. the environmental conditions subliminally effect the construction of the foil dome, and the conditions of the surroundings and weather alter the heat that will enter the chamber and that will be exposed to the bacon.

yeah. so then you put the bacon on a bit of foil and cover it in varnish. preserving the baconographic "print".
