I don't think so. We shouldn't be punishing people for committing crimes. If anything they should be rewarded. Like petty criminals, for example, they should be given lolly pops and allowed to keep whatever they have stolen. For mid level crimes like manslaughter, maybe increase the seriousness and give them a speed boat and an ice cream party. For murder however there must be an example made, graded on the amount of victims. So if someone kills one to three people they should only get a rocketship and a pizza night. But if they commit a mass killing then maybe give them a super trip to the moon with the wacky guy from peep show.

Either way there is no chance in hell that people should be having ANY repercussions for their actions.
