Water isn't blue

There is far too much disillusionment around at the moment. I can't seem to paint. I rearranged my studio today and drew dust piggies. still currently no news on the 2nd book of dp's. There is no Market for it, nor can I find anyone to write a foreword. I have enough material for a third and moving towards a fourth.

I might try to paint a story instead of writing it. I mean to paint in a non linear way. Those paintings always seem to come out weird and dark. Which doesn't inspire me. The illustrations for the story I wrote are now at 22 finished and 3 in the process, but again I don't feel that enthralled at the prospect. It feels like a chore now. I prefer the ones that are totally abstract marks that are like ink blot tests. Although that's not totally true.

I feel like I'm adrift.
