Happy

In bukowski's books it refers to his paintings and I wasn't sure whether or not that was just his alter ego painting. So I literally just googled his paintings. Which made me incredibly happy to find that he was a painter. Apparently he did over a thousand paintings, loads of them aren't great but also
Loads of them have that lovely uninhibited American feel to them. Watching an certain type of American paint is really very interesting. There is a freedom there, freedom in mark, consideration for what makes sense to them and a disregard to content. I'd like to be a
Painter with a disregard for content.
